STR report coverage

Two different questions on this page. Whether we hold the actual report, and whether the app can show that month. They are not the same. One workbook carries a trailing year of comparison columns, so the app can display a month whose report we never received. Those months are marked separately below: the numbers are real, but thin, with no day by day detail behind them and nothing to re-check against. A month is only solid when we hold the workbook itself.

What changed today. Reports used to land somewhere the app did not read, so a month could ingest perfectly and still show nothing on screen. That is fixed, and every month we already hold is being refilled now. Counts reflect the state during that refill.

The two big clusters. Bryan and College Station (Rahil's cluster) account for most of the gap, and the two Hyatt Place properties, Katy and Vintage Park, are parked by your decision rather than missing by accident.
